Appointments

Do I need a referral?

No you can come in for an appointment on your own by phoning or booking online. Although some patients are referred by their physician, their dentist, their CPAP provider or friends and family you can conveniently book your appointment without a referral of any kind.

Health & Wellbeing

How do I know if I am a candidate for therapy?

At your consultation appointment we review what is needed to be a candidate for both a home sleep study and an oral appliance. The appliances can be used for a wide variety of patients even those with complete upper dentures or upper and/or lower partial dentures.

The Clinic

Is there parking available at the clinic?

Yes, there is free underground parking provided at our clinic on Marine Drive, North Vancouver.

Treatments

Can you help me check my benefits?

Yes, we will send away any paperwork to predetermine your benefits for you. There are specific forms and information they require, often this can not be done by simply calling them. We send predeterminations on a daily basis and would be happy to send yours for you.

Do benefits cover the costs?

There are no costs for your consultation appointment or your home sleep study if we decide one is needed. Any therapy recommended after this is thoroughly discussed with you and MANY of the extended health benefit plans cover a portion if not the majority of the therapy costs.
